History

St. John Early Childhood was originally opened as a Mother’s Day Out program in Sept, 1982.  The MDO was operated 2 days per week, Tues and Thurs, with 50 children enrolled and a teaching staff of 8. 

We have grown to an enrollment of 263 children and a staff of 71. We offer 2-day, 3-day and 5-day programs for ages 18 months through 5 years.  We are a state licensed facility and acquired our National Lutheran School Accreditation in August of 2006. Our school day runs from 9am to 2pm. Before and After School Care (Stay ‘N Play) is offered from 6am-9am and 2pm-6pm.
